1 to 1 Container Concepts & Storage Solutions (“1 to 1 Containers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used when you visit 1to1containers.com, request a quote, request a container-removal review, communicate with us, or otherwise use this website.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, service or delivery location, destination, container size and condition, relocation or removal needs, timing, access details, messages, and other information you choose to include.

The Container Review Form also allows you to upload container photos in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, subject to the limits shown on the form. Please do not upload unrelated documents, sensitive personal information, or images of people unless they are necessary for your request and you have permission to provide them.

If you leave a comment or create or use an account where those features are available, WordPress may process the information shown in the relevant form, together with technical information used for moderation, account operation, and spam prevention.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare, confirm, and follow up on quotes; evaluate container delivery, relocation, or removal requests; communicate by phone, text, or email about the request you submitted; operate and secure the website; prevent spam and abuse; understand website performance and usage; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting a service or quote request does not enroll you in promotional marketing. We do not treat a service inquiry as blanket consent for promotional calls, texts, or email.

Forms, email, and uploaded photos

The custom Container Review Form sends the submitted request and permitted photo attachments by email to our staff. Its temporary upload files are deleted from temporary website storage after the mail process completes, but copies of the request and attachments may remain in business email systems, backups, or records for as long as reasonably needed for the request, business administration, security, or legal obligations.

Other website forms may be processed through WordPress and Elementor. Depending on the form configuration, a submission may be emailed to us and may also be stored in WordPress. Email-delivery and hosting services may process message content and routing information to deliver these communications.

Information collected automatically

When you use the site, our hosting, security, analytics, and site-service providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times, and general interaction or diagnostic information. We use this information to deliver and protect the site, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and understand site performance.

Cookies and analytics

The site and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site operation, security, preferences, measurement, and analytics. Verified services on the site include WordPress.com/Jetpack services and Google tools managed through Google Site Kit or Google Tag Manager. These providers may receive technical and usage information when their services load.

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect site features. We do not represent that every browser privacy signal is handled in the same way by every third-party service.

Comments, anti-spam, and security

If comments are available, WordPress may store the comment and related metadata. Comments and form traffic may be evaluated by WordPress, Jetpack, Akismet, hosting, or other security and anti-spam tools configured for the site. These services may process IP address, browser, request, and submitted content information to detect abuse and protect the site.

Embedded content and third-party links

Pages may include links to or content from third-party websites. Third-party content can behave as though you visited the third party directly and may collect information under that party’s own privacy practices. We do not control third-party websites, and their policies apply to their services.

How we share information

We may disclose information to staff and service providers that help us operate the website, host data, deliver email, prevent spam and abuse, provide analytics, maintain the site, or respond to your request. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transaction. Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not use a quote or removal request to automatically enroll you in a marketing list. This statement does not attempt to classify every analytics or service-provider transfer under every jurisdiction’s definitions of “sale” or “sharing.” Contact us if you have a question about a particular data use.

Retention

Retention varies by the type of information and the system that processes it. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and manage backups. Third-party providers may apply their own retention settings. Because exact periods can vary, this policy does not promise a single retention period for every record.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to identity verification and any information we must retain for legal, security, transactional, or legitimate business purposes. You may also ask a question about how your information is used. Send requests to info@1to1containers.com. We may need additional information to verify and complete a request.

WordPress includes personal-data export and erasure tools for information covered by WordPress core and participating plugins. Those tools do not necessarily include every email, backup, service-provider record, or custom form message.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, email transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Children’s privacy

This commercial website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, contact us so we can review the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
